Question: does the reaction of the rat vary with the type? Example a Dumbo rat and a Top-eared rat

Hi Adam. Good question. The way different types of rat react can be quite different. Although Dumbo and top-eared rats evolved from a shared ancestor (relative many many years ago), they have developed different preferences and when you are looking at rat behaviour (or any other type of animal), you have to be aware the animals might respond differently.
