Almost all wind turbines are white for a number of reasons. White allows for them to blend into the environment especially against clouds making them harder to see at ground level at a distance. The colour white is strangely also really visible from the air and allows for pilots to easily see them, this is usually accompanied by some lights. The colour also minimises the amount of damage from the sun (UV radiation) as more is reflected rather than absorbed.

      Hope that answers your question!
